Elite Integrations are one of a very small number of EPoS software vendors who are able to offer POS integration with your Sage X3 ERP system. Elite’s X3 POS solution is unique, feature-rich, fast and reliable. We are a Sage “Rockstar” partner (by special “invite only” from Sage), which means we hold their highest ISV (Independent Software Vendor) accreditation level. Elite Integrations worked closely with both Sage and Sages’ X3 Platinum partners to develop the fully integrated solution. Where other companies may advertise integration from their POS to X3, we encourage you to look below the surface.

As you have already invested in, or are looking to implement, Sage X3, Elite POS surfaces customer information, products, pricing, personnel and more at the point of sale, as opposed to running separate systems and databases for the POS system. POS transactions can be posted back into Sage X3 in near real-time, which means that any reporting is also handled from a single central solution.

With over 20 years’ experience in Sage integrated POS solutions ranging from Sage 50, 200, 300, 500, 1000 and X3 product lines, Elite and its business partners have the right experience with both Sage and the POS to deliver a robust and mature fully integrated POS solution. From a single till, single site through to several hundred till points across multiple locations, Elite’s POS solution is scalable and flexible enough to work in any environment.

How The Integration Works

Elites’ integration layer extracts from Sage X3, Accounts Receivable information (such as account codes, names addressees, payment terms, pricing etc), product details (such as codes, descriptions, cost and sell prices, barcodes and more), stock levels (in stock, allocated and free stock across all locations) and pricing including special prices and quantity breaks. This is synchronised with the tills. The POS software can then trade online, or offline should network or internet issues occur. Data can be hosted on the POS, on a back-office server, a head office server, or in the cloud.

The EPoS is then able to carry out sales/refunds, make enquiries on customer accounts or products, take payments on account, process petty cash and many other actions. These EPoS transactions are passed immediately back to Sage X3, or held offline in the event of network issues, where they can be processed as invoices and payments, or summarised as batch postings at the end of each day.
